The magnificent opening ceremony of “One Dynasty: The Era of Blessings” highlighted powerful blessings for the year ahead, complemented by a rich programme of special activities and performances, creating a sense of excitement and auspiciousness for guests at the event.
Engkor Dance: Guests witnessed the raw power and strength of the “Engkor” performance by the youth troupe from Boonyawittayakarn School, Phanat Nikhom district, Chonburi. This troupe has previously performed on international stages in Puning City, China. The Engkor performance during Chinese New Year is a symbolic ritual believed to invigorate life force and bestow strength, harmony, and steadfast stability upon the community throughout the year.
Acrobatic Performance direct from China: All are captivated by a unique series of performances, an exquisite fusion of rare Chinese cultural arts, presented by the world-renowned Hunan Acrobatics Institute from Hunan province, People’s Republic of China. This celebrated troupe boasts numerous international awards, including awards from the Ukraine International Circus Festival, the Monte Carlo International Circus Festival, and the Hanoi International Circus Festival, performing alongside talented Thai artists.
Act 1: “Uniting Heaven and Earth” – Beginning with fluid, graceful dances, transitioning into powerful drum rhythms, and culminating in breathtaking acrobatic displays that connect heaven and earth, thereby bringing prosperity to all present.
Act 2: “Four Sacred Auspicious Beasts” – Featuring elegant acrobatic movements and fluid artistic expressions, interwoven with thrilling drumbeats, swirling ribbon dances, and the dramatic appearance of the Qilin, Pixiu, Lion, and Horse – mythical protectors of good fortune.

This act introduced the “Sun God,” portrayed by Keng-Harit Buayoi, and the “Moon Goddess,” portrayed by Namping-Napatsakorn Pingmuang.
Act 4: “Inaugurating the Era of Celebration” – The “Sun God” and “Moon Goddess” returned to the stage amid red cloth and radiant golden rings, integrated with a vibrant red lantern dance, dynamic acrobatics, and powerful drumming, reinforcing the power of new beginnings.
Act 5: The Grand 88-metre “Long Ma” Performance – Captivated by the majestic “Long Ma,” a dragon-horse from ancient Chinese legend, measuring an impressive 88 metres in length. Led by the “Sun God” and “Moon Goddess,” it was accompanied by a spectacular procession of auspicious mythical beasts, including the Qilin, Pixiu, Lion, and Horse, gracefully moving to bestow happiness and auspiciousness.
Act: “Heavenly Deities” (Final Blessings) – The “Sun God,” “Moon Goddess,” “Long Ma,” and the four auspicious mythical beasts gathered on the main stage, delivering a final performance of acrobatics and contemporary dance to bless the audience and impart the invigorating energy of prosperity.
